The ACE Canada region does not have the good fortune of large numbers of ACE members, but that does not stop it from seeking out opportunities for events. On March 23, 2019, several ACEers found time to host a small, easygoing event that was still admittedly fun.

ACE members from Ontario and New York took a break from the cold and visited NEB’s Fun World in Oshawa (Ontario), where there is an abundance of activities for everyone and — best of all for a winter event in Canada — the activities are INDOORS! Attendees tried their hand at the impressive array of arcade games — including “Stinky Feet,” a favorite — and several serious rivalries became apparent! The ACE group had the Sparetime Express coaster all to itself most of the time and experienced the Dark Ride XD and Hologate VR. NEB’s also offers a huge bowling area, a playland for kids, bumper cars, and outstanding pizza. This was the first visit to NEB’s for many ACEers, and the gathering will likely become an annual event.
