Northern Idaho’s Silverwood Theme Park, in the Coeur d’Alene resort area town of Athol, will premiere a single-rail steel coaster of the “Raptor” design line from Rocky Mountain Construction. Keeping with the park’s overall aviation theme, the ride will be named Stunt Pilot and will make its debut in 2021. With a height of 113 feet, near-vertical drop of 100 feet and top speed of 54 mph, the coaster will be of identical design to RMC Raptors operating at Six Flags Fiesta Texas and California’s Great America. It will bring Silverwood’s total coaster count to six. Also of note, Stunt Pilot will be the first RMC ride located in the company’s home state of Idaho.
