Silverwood Theme Park, Athol, Idaho, has announced an upgrade to one of its most iconic attractions—Tremors. The top-rated wooden roller coaster, which has thrilled guests since 1999, will undergo a seismic transformation for the summer 2025 season.
The enhancements include brand-new Millennium Flyer trains, designed for a smoother, faster, and more comfortable ride. Silverwood is also adding a second train to increase capacity, allowing more guests to experience the thrill with shorter wait times.
A key part of the upgrade is the installation of 208 ReTrak, an advanced steel track developed by Rocky Mountain Construction (RMC). This cutting-edge track will replace sections of the wooden structure, reducing noise and making the ride smoother than ever.
