On Memorial Day, in the central Texas town of Seguin, nearly 50 ACE members gathered at ZDT’s for the ACE South Central region’s annual Memorial Day Madness event. Attendees enjoyed a morning of complimentary classic arcade games, along with ERT on the park’s unique Switchback wooden shuttle coaster and Thundervolt Speedway Go Karts.

Prior to a holiday-appropriate lunch of grilled-roll hot dogs, chips and yummy fried oreos, co-owner Sarah Donhauser invited attendees to participate in a fun photo scavenger hunt. Teams and individuals raced around the park looking for lions, snakes and birds (oh my), among other items. After locating the elusive giraffe, Vejas and Laimis Belzinskas were declared the winners, and received special prize packs from Sarah and husband Danny. However, everyone was a winner when Sarah presented all attendees with a special gift of a brand new ZDT’s visor.

After enjoying the park’s many attractions, it was time to hit the road. Attendees left knowing that ZDT’s remains the gem in central Texas, awaiting the next time they will visit.
