Frank Joseph Vargo Jr., 82, passed away peacefully in his home in January of 2021 in Kaulu, Hawaii.
Frank was born in Cleveland, Ohio, and graduated from Cleveland State in 1970 with a Bachelor of Engineering degree. He then went on to complete his MBA at the University of Hawaii in 1977. Frank also served in the Army for six years, including a deployment in Berlin, Germany.
Frank joined ACE in 1985 and was an active member for 35 years. In addition to ACE, Frank was district governor for Toastmasters International and volunteered at his local community theater.
In his free time, Frank enjoyed sailing, bicycle riding and, of course, roller coasters.
He is survived by one daughter and five grandchildren, who will always fondly remember his jokester spirit and willingness to help people.
