Some of ACE’s members enjoy creating and simulating roller coasters as well as riding them.
No Limits 2 is a coaster simulation program that allows members to combine their passion for roller coasters and their imagination to build their own and to add theming and elements of a landscape. In ACE’s third No Limits 2 simulation contest, those participating were challenged to create a new coaster or redesign an existing one in their home park. One key element also had to be included — an identifying landmark so the viewer knew the park in which the coaster was being built.
Nine members took the challenge over President’s Day weekend. Of those nine, three chose to create an all-new coaster, and six chose to reimagine one that already resided in their home park. On the following weekend, all ACE members were invited to vote on which they thought were the best on a scale from 1-10.
