ACE is a member-driven organization. As our club continues to grow, your Executive Committee and many of ACE’s volunteers have maintained a commitment to integrating your feedback, enhancing membership benefits and addressing key frustrations. For example, as a way to improve engagement, we launched a Discord server and made minor tweaks to the website and email blasts. However, we continue to hear from members that ACE’s website is difficult to navigate, visually unappealing and frustrating to use. Moreover, our volunteers have expressed that managing updates, formatting emails and updating the website is a constant struggle. We heard you! With technology rapidly advancing, our current platform is no longer the right fit. Now, we’re making a lasting investment — this spring, ACE is introducing a robust new platform designed to elevate your membership experience.
Higher Logic is built specifically for organizations like ours and seamlessly integrates with our current member management system, providing a more intuitive, engaging and efficient experience for all. We’re excited to enhance your ACE experience with the following:
