Bierfest returns to Busch Gardens Williamsburg

The menu for this year's Bier Fest Brews & BBQ festival is a blend of savory and sweet dishes. Guests can sample BBQ-inspired menu offerings that include:

• NEW – Corn Ribs: Crispy battered corn-on-the-cob ribs with a BBQ ranch drizzle.
• NEW – Pulled Pork BBQ Trio: A classic dish served three ways – Virginia, Sweet and Carolina Gold style.
• NEW – BBQ Turkey Club: Roasted turkey, smoked bacon and lettuce topped with BBQ and avocado aioli.
• NEW – Sweet Onion Hushpuppies: Sweet and savory hushpuppies served with a Chesapeake tartar sauce.
• NEW – Chocolate Bourbon Pecan Pie: A mix of chocolate, bourbon and pecan on a shortbread crust.
• NEW – Icebox Blueberry Cheesecake A unique take on a classic dish, no bake cheesecake with blueberry topping and graham cracker crust

From hand-crafted cocktails, local pours and non-alcoholic refreshers, over 80 different drinks will rotate throughout the event. Featured new additions include:

• NEW – Ginger Passion Fruit Iced Tea: House brewed iced tea with passion fruit and ginger
• NEW – Dragon Fruit Pink Lemonade: Delicious, sweetened lemonade with dragon fruit
• NEW – Spicy Mango Iced Tea: House brewed iced tea with spicy mango and a tajin rim
