There really is something about a classic PTC! I love the new tallest and fastest this and that, but give me a classic PTC and I am just having the most pure fun.
I sometimes wish they were still constructing new lay outs, but then again the fact that they don't actually makes the ones that remain that much more special.
That is a great photo, thank you for sharing!

My coaster experience began as a young boy riding the Comet, a PTC coaster at the long-defunct Fontaine Ferry Park in Louisville, Kentucky. But my passion for coasters was cemented during our annual trips to Cincinnati's Coney Island to ride another PTC ride, the Shooting Star. I have vivid memories of flying over the airtime hills along the Ohio River trying in vain to touch the leaves on the trees overhead, then screaming through the tunneled helix near the end of the ride. I was hooked!

We've turned the corner, transitioning from Halloween to Thanksgiving...
That being said, what ride are you most thankful for? What is the ride that truly made you fall in love with coasters?
Not necessarily your first ride, but that one that truly won you over?
