The tallest and fastest roller coaster in the Benelux countries is under construction at Walibi Belgium (Wavre, southeast of Brussels) and is slated for a spring 2021 opening. Yet unnamed, the Intamin megacoaster will have a primarily out-and-back footprint with some daring twists and overbanks through the 3,937-foot-long course. Plunging at an 80-degree angle from a height of 164 feet, the 70-mph Intamin thriller will be the park’s ninth coaster.
