Who would think an adult could have so much fun at a small family entertainment center? On February 18, 12 ACE members from three states embraced the lighthearted fun of a child at Fun Land of Fredericksburg (Virginia), and for six hours all in attendance had a blast!

Before the park opened, its team guided ACEers outside to the go karts to explore the three-story track. This opportunity allowed attendees to experience on foot how steep (or not steep) the incline of the track was before feeling the difference while behind the wheel.

Attendees spent time on the go karts and Twist-N-Shout, where ACE President Elizabeth Ringas makes sure she measures up to the height requirement.

After a group ride on Twist-N-Shout — an SBF Visa Group spinning coaster — the park opened, and attendees scattered to experience all the park had to offer. Many headed outdoors for a race on the go karts while others challenged the video games. Lunch arrived quickly with plenty of pizza, some words from Regional Representative Evangelos Ringas and, in the ACE Mid-Atlantic tradition, lots of chances to win door prizes.

Fun Land of Fredericksburg’s arcade provided attendees many ways to play like kids at the appropriately named event.

Following lunch, attendees explored more that Fun Land of Fredericksburg offered, including a group ride on the go karts, video games, ticket redemption games and mini bowling. As always, Fun Land of Fredericksburg allowed everyone to follow their hearts, leave the world behind for a day and play like a kid.
