There’s a new theme park being built in Glendale, Arizona, next to State Farm Stadium. Mattel Adventure Park is set to open in 2024.
The park will feature Hot Wheels Bone Shaker: The Ultimate Ride. The roller coaster, from Chance Rides, will have 1,500 feet of linear track. It’s being built as a rooftop roller coaster, so it hugs the edge of the roof and swings back around into a double downward helix of 660 degrees.

The coaster’s car features the famous hot rod’s skull design. Once strapped in, riders will climb 84 feet and the train will drop into a double helix. The entire journey will take 60 seconds and will require riders to be at least 36 inches tall to ride.
There will be a second Hot Wheels ride at the park, Hot Wheels Twin Mill Racer, also from Chance Rides, that will feature two vertical loops and a single corkscrew.
No opening date in 2024 has been announced for the park.
