Please list their names when registering.

VEGETARIAN AND/OR GLUTEN-FREE (GF) OPTION

Attendees who prefer a vegetarian or gluten-free option should select that when registering. ACE needs to provide the host parks with an accurate count in advance. If a park is already offering a vegetarian item and/or gluten-free item, checking the option may not result in a special entree at the park. Please be advised if you are celiac, the parks cannot guarantee that gluten-free items have no cross contamination. The parks will do their best to accommodate special dietary needs.

PAYMENT

The payment of registration fees by, for or on behalf of participants releases and holds harmless American Coaster Enthusiasts Inc., its Officers, Executive Committee members, and representatives from any and all liabilities related to those activities. Returned checks and charge back disputes will be treated as uncollected debt. ACE reserves the right to execute debt collection in accordance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

ACCESSIBILITY

Should you need special accommodations such as a wheelchair, speech/hearing, etc., refer to the participating parks policy prior to the event date. Most parks offer a complete guide for guests with a disability.

REFUNDS AND REGISTRATION FEES
